Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Trainee role based in Noida. The Business Development Trainee will support lead generation activities, including identifying potential clients, researching target markets, and maintaining prospect databases. The role involves conducting market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings, and using these insights to support sales outreach. The trainee will engage with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and meetings, providing responsive customer service and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up. Daily tasks include preparing presentations, maintaining documentation of business development activities, tracking performance metrics, and assisting senior team members with proposals and client communication.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities to gather, interpret, and present business insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, business development, or recruitment services is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with CRM or sales tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment with attention to detail and time management.
- Willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and interest in building a long-term career in business development or talent solutions.
