Ltd. is a specialized engineering consultancy providing Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF), Cold-Formed Steel (CFS), and Hybrid Steel Structure design and detailing solutions. We work on residential, commercial, industrial, and modular construction projects across India and international markets.
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support our business development team through market research, lead generation, and client outreach.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in business development, market research, and the steel construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies involved in:
- Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) construction
- Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) construction
- Structural Steel Buildings
- Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)
- Modular & Prefabricated Construction
- Identify architects, builders, developers, contractors, consultants, and manufacturers working in steel construction.
- Build and maintain an organised database of potential clients.
- Conduct internet research using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, industry directories, and construction portals.
- Contact prospective clients through telephone calls to introduce the company's services.
- Schedule meetings for the senior business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM software.
- Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, and business proposals.
- Support business development campaigns and exhibition lead management.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding client requirements and project opportunities.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing final year) in BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA Marketing, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related discipline.
- Strong interest in business development and market research.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command in English.
- Confident in making professional phone calls.
- Good internet research and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of the construction or steel industry will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
