Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven B2B Sales & Branch Manager to lead our branch operations

and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the FTL customer

base, increasing freight and logistics volumes, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring

efficient day-to-day branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Business Development in FTL sector.
  • Drive branch revenue growth through new customer acquisition (FTL) and expansion of

existing accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and channel

partners.

  • Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plans to achieve branch revenue and

profitability targets.

  • Ensure timely follow-up on sales leads, quotations, and customer inquiries.
  • Branch Operations Management:
  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.
  • Monitor shipment movement, delivery performance, customer service levels, and

operational productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with operations, finance, customer service, and transportation teams.
  • Resolve operational challenges and customer escalations promptly.
  • Cost Control & Profitability:
  • Maintain strict control over branch operating expenses and administrative costs.
  • Ensure accurate billing, collections, and outstanding receivables management.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Conduct periodic customer reviews and business meetings.
  • Address customer concerns proactively and ensure service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling logistics solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics & transportation.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales generation and branch management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation management, and commercial

negotiations.
