📌 HNI RELATIONSHIP MANAGER — EPC & OPEX SOLUTIONS

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach HNI clients through networking, referrals, site visits, and premium events

• Understand client energy requirements and present customized solar solutions (rooftop, ground-mounted, hybrid systems)

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI clients for repeat business and referrals

• Conduct client meetings and technical presentations

• Coordinate with design and technical teams to prepare BOQs, proposals, and financial savings reports

• Explain ROI, payback period, and long-term savings to clients in a compelling manner

• Negotiate and close high-value deals with smooth handover to the project execution team

• Maintain an active pipeline of HNI prospects and share weekly reports with management

• Ensure a premium, seamless client experience from first meeting to post-installation support

Required Skills:

✔️ Proven experience in HNI client handling (banking, insurance, or solar preferred)

✔️ Strong communication, grooming, and presentation skills

✔️ Ability to explain technical & financial aspects in simple terms

✔️ Networking & relationship-building ability

✔️ Target-driven with a consultative sales approach

✔️ Advance MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint

Ideal Candidate Background:

• Experience in premium sales — wealth management, insurance, or solar

• Someone with an existing network of HNI contacts is a strong advantage

• Confident, well-presented, and comfortable dealing with high-profile clients

📌 STORE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory and maintain up-to-date stock records

• Handle inward & outward material entries accurately

• Coordinate with purchase and site teams for timely material availability

• Ensure proper storage and stock maintenance of solar materials

• Conduct stock verification and maintain MIS reports

Required Skills:

✔️ Inventory management

✔️ Record keeping & coordination

✔️ MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint

📌 PURCHASE & PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle vendor management, RFQs, and comparative quotations

• Procure solar panels, inverters, and electrical BOS materials

• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines

• Maintain purchase records, GRN logs, and follow-up trackers

• Coordinate with project and store teams for material planning

Required Skills:

✔️ Negotiation & vendor management

✔️ Procurement process knowledge

✔️ MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint

📌 ACCOUNTANT — TALLY ERP 9

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9

• Manage sales & purchase invoices, GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and e-way bills

• Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash tracking

• Maintain ledgers, party-wise accounts, and expense vouchers

• Generate P&L, balance sheet, and MIS reports from Tally

• Support internal audits and document management

Tally ERP 9 — Key Modules Required:

✔️ GST Module — multi-rate billing, HSN/SAC mapping, e-invoice & e-way bill generation

✔️ Payroll — salary processing, PF/ESI deductions, payslip generation

✔️ Inventory — godown-wise stock, batch tracking, FIFO/LIFO valuation

✔️ TDS & TCS — automated computation, Form 26Q filing support

✔️ Remote Access — multi-user, multi-company via Tally.NET

✔️ Data Security — role-based user access and full voucher audit trail

Required Skills:

✔️ Tally ERP 9 (hands-on)

✔️ GST, TDS & bank reconciliation

✔️ Financial reporting & documentation

✔️ Advance MS Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint

📌 ON-SITE ENGINEER — SOLAR PAN INDIA

Key Responsibilities:

•  Supervise and execute solar panel installation at residential, commercial & industrial sites
•  Coordinate with project managers for timely site completion
•  Ensure quality checks, safety standards, and compliance during installation
•  Troubleshoot on-site technical issues related to solar systems
•  Maintain daily site progress reports and share updates with the core team
•  Liaise with civil, electrical, and procurement teams for smooth project flow
•  Conduct site surveys and assist in pre-installation assessments

Required Skills:

✔️ Knowledge of solar PV systems (rooftop & ground-mounted)

✔️ Electrical wiring & panel installation experience

✔️ Strong problem-solving & site management skills

✔️ Ability to read technical drawings & layouts

✔️ Good communication and team coordination

Ideal Candidate Background:

•  Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
•  Prior experience in solar EPC projects preferred
•  Willing to travel to project sites across the region

📌 IT INTERN — SUNKOM POWER

Key Responsibilities:

•  Assist in developing and maintaining customized internal software & tools
•  Support the team in ERP/CRM customization as per business requirements
•  Manage company website updates, email systems & digital tools
• Handle IT hardware & software troubleshooting for office staff
•  Assist in data management, MIS dashboards & reporting automation
• Support digital marketing team with basic tech integrations
• Maintain network, systems & ensure basic cybersecurity practices

Required Skills:

✔️ Basic knowledge of programming (Python, Java, or Web technologies)

✔️ Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a plus

✔️ MS Excel (Advanced), Google Workspace

✔️ Good analytical and problem-solving mindset

✔️ Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate Background:

•  Pursuing or recently completed B.E./B.Tech / BCA / MCA in IT or Computer Science
•  Freshers welcome — passion for tech & innovation is a must!
