Role Description The VP Sales, Industrial Leasing is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving leasing revenue and occupancy across industrial assets. This role leads the sales strategy for industrial parks and warehouses, including pipeline development, client outreach, and negotiation of leasing agreements with corporate and institutional tenants. Day-to-day activities include managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, reviewing performance metrics, and coordinating with marketing and project teams to position properties effectively. The VP Sales will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with brokers and channel partners, and ensure timely conversion of leads into signed leases. This role also involves mentoring the sales team, implementing best practices, and providing market insights to leadership for portfolio and pricing decisions.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding leasing and revenue targets in real estate or related industries.
- Strong Business Development skills, including market mapping, lead generation, and relationship-building with corporate clients, brokers, and industry partners.
- Experience in Account Management, with the ability to manage long-term client relationships, handle renewals, and support tenant retention strategies.
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, CRM usage, reporting, and process optimization for a sales team.
- Extensive experience in industrial or commercial real estate leasing in the Gurugram/NCR market, or similar metropolitan markets.
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills, with familiarity in commercial leasing terms and legal documentation.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret market data and present clear recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering an inclusive, ethical, and results-focused culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or MBA is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram, with regular client meetings, site visits, and market networking activities.
