About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional salaried position. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Founding GTM Partner to join our founding team and lead our go-to-market strategy.
You will work directly with the founders to build and scale revenue, establish strategic partnerships, grow our market presence, and help shape the future of Xenonlabs.ai.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and execute the sales strategy.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build relationships with enterprise customers and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Marketing & Growth
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Build brand awareness and product positioning.
- Drive demand generation through digital and outbound channels.
- Execute LinkedIn, email, webinar, and content marketing initiatives.
- Support product launches and customer success stories.
- Create scalable lead generation programs.
Partnerships
- Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, channel partners, resellers, startups, and enterprise organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities through alliances and ecosystem relationships.
Strategy
- Work closely with the founders on pricing, packaging, market expansion, customer acquisition, and overall growth strategy.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product and business decisions.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Enterprise Software, or Technology Sales.
- Strong sales, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses.
- The ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Experience working in startups or high-growth environments is preferred.
Experience selling AI, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise technology solutions will be an advantage.
