Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with strong editing and shooting capabilities to join our Marketing and Creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging video content that supports brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, and educational initiatives.

This role requires someone who can manage the entire video production process—from shooting footage to editing and optimizing content for multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging video content.
• Shoot video footage when required, ensuring proper lighting, framing, sound quality, and visual composition.
• Create compelling visual narratives that align with the brand identity and communication goals.
• Design engaging thumbnails and visual elements to improve video performance and audience engagement.
• Optimize videos for different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital media.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high production standards.
• Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, formats, and best practices in digital content creation.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing creative video projects.
• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on experience with video shooting, including camera handling, lighting setups, and basic audio recording.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and content optimization for digital platforms.
• Ability to create visually appealing graphics, transitions, and storytelling elements.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in EdTech, digital media, or marketing teams.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation tools.
• Understanding of social media video trends and audience engagement strategies.
