Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Ludhiana. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, explaining financial products and services, and addressing inquiries. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up on leads, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Telecaller will also play a vital role in meeting sales targets and supporting customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
• Basic understanding of financial products, including loans, investments, and insurance
• Proficiency in record-keeping and data entry
• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet targets
• Time management and organizational skills
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or financial services is a plus
• Proficient in using telecommunication systems and office software
