Job Description
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our team. The role involves contacting potential customers, introducing our premium mobile number services, understanding customer requirements, and assisting them in selecting the right VIP or premium mobile numbers.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the benefits and value of premium mobile numbers.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable numbers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through professional communication.
- 12th Pass, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (basic English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales or telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
