Job Description
SM Developers is looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective customers, explaining our residential and commercial projects, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to the company's sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated and marketing leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Update customer information, call logs, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on project specifications, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Prepare daily call reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Relationship Executive, Inside Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
- Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is preferred.
- Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Experience working with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Good computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales and lead generation targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
