Role Description The Telecaller Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The Telecaller Executive will engage with potential and existing clients over phone calls to introduce services, explain offerings, answer queries, and generate leads for the company’s IT solutions. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, maintaining call logs, updating client information in CRM or internal systems, and scheduling meetings or follow-ups for the sales and business development teams. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, sharing client feedback, and supporting basic documentation related to calls and client interactions. The Telecaller Executive is expected to maintain professional communication, meet daily calling and conversion targets, and represent the company’s values of quality and customer focus.
Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with a clear and confident phone presence.
• Basic computer proficiency, including using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
• Customer service and client relationship skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales support and lead generation skills, with the ability to explain services, handle objections, and encourage conversions.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and technical teams, and adapt to a fast-paced IT services environment.
• Prior experience as a telecaller, call center executive, or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field is a plus.
