About Nexura Pure

Nexura Pure is a growing wellness brand specializing in innovative sublingual wellness sprays. We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual who enjoys communicating with people and wants to grow beyond a traditional telecalling role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Follow up with potential customers and business leads.
  • Generate and nurture sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Explain products, resolve customer queries, and close sales.
  • Maintain call records, customer databases, and follow-up schedules.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversions.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Interest in digital marketing and business development.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
