Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles

* Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements

* Source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and referrals

* Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and experience

* Coordinate technical interviews and feedback with stakeholders

* Manage offer negotiation and candidate closure

* Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Required Skills

* Experience in technical / IT recruitment

* Good understanding of software development and infrastructure roles

* Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and social platforms

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
