Role Description The Embedded Automotive Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for embedded and automotive engineering positions, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management. Day-to-day activities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, creating clear and inclusive job postings, and proactively sourcing candidates through online platforms, talent databases, networking, and referrals. The recruiter will manage candidate pipelines, conduct initial assessments, provide interview feedback, and maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is a contract role based on-site in Bengaluru South, requiring close collaboration with engineering, HR, and business stakeholders. The role also involves supporting recruitment reporting, market mapping, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes.
Qualifications
  • Talent acquisition and recruitment skills: experience with full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer facilitation.
  • Domain knowledge in embedded and automotive engineering: familiarity with roles in embedded software, ECU development, automotive electronics, and vehicle systems.
  • Tools and technology skills: proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment CRMs, job boards, professional networking platforms, and basic MS Office tools.
  • Stakeholder and candidate management: strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and coordination skills with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Process and data orientation: ability to manage pipelines, track metrics, prepare reports, and maintain accurate and compliant recruitment documentation.
  • Beneficial qualifications: prior experience recruiting for automotive or engineering services companies, understanding of global talent markets, and exposure to diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring.
  • Education and experience: bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, engineering, or a related field, and relevant experience in technical or engineering recruitment.
