We are actively looking for experienced HubSpot Engineers with strong expertise in HubSpot CRM, CMS Development, Automation, and API Integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and customizing HubSpot solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

HubSpot CRM & Administration

• Configure and customize HubSpot CRM to meet business requirements.
• Manage Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, and Custom Objects.
• Design and implement scalable CRM architecture and business processes.
• Configure custom properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and lead management workflows.

Workflow Automation & Marketing

• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows and business process automation.
• Create and manage Static Lists, Active Lists, Lead Scoring, and segmentation.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for business insights.
• Build and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and forms.
• Support marketing automation and customer engagement initiatives.

HubSpot CMS Development

• Develop responsive HubSpot CMS websites and landing pages.
• Create reusable custom modules, templates, themes, and email templates.
• Customize HubSpot CMS using HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and high-performance user experiences.

Integration & Development

• Develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and third-party applications.
• Build and consume REST APIs using JSON and XML.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize data synchronization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ 4+ years of experience as a HubSpot Engineer, HubSpot Developer, or HubSpot CRM Consultant.

✔ Strong hands-on experience with:

• HubSpot CRM
• Sales Hub
• Marketing Hub
• Service Hub
• CMS Hub
• Operations Hub

✔ Expertise in:

• CRM Configuration & Administration
• Workflow Automation
• Lead Scoring
• Custom Objects
• Reports & Dashboards
• Email Marketing
• Landing Pages
• Forms

✔ Strong development skills in:

• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript (ES6+)
• TypeScript
• HubL (HubSpot Markup Language)

✔ Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party systems using REST APIs.

✔ Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, and API integrations.

✔ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale HubSpot CRM solutions.

⭐ Hands-on experience developing custom modules, templates, themes, and CMS components.

⭐ Strong understanding of HubSpot reporting, dashboards, and marketing automation.

⭐ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

⭐ Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting role.
