• 1+ years of experience in a PRODUCT-BASED Company/RPO catering to product-based companies & startups. (necessary)
• Comfortable in interacting/interviewing with US-based candidates.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal hand-holding
• Excellent communicator who builds trust with candidates and hiring managers alike
• Highly organized, proactive, and motivated by building world-class teams.
