Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment for the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions while working with direct clients, implementation partners, and MSP/VMS accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, JobDiva, and other sourcing platforms.
- Review job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical and functional requirements.
- Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and salary/rate expectations.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and prepare candidates before interviews.
- Negotiate compensation rates and facilitate offer discussions.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for future hiring needs.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Manage requisitions from Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS portals.
- Ensure timely submissions while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements.
- Familiarity with US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.).
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, QA, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Networking.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems (JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean Search.
- Experience recruiting for contract, CTH, and permanent positions.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and current IT market trends.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
