About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing candidates through multiple recruitment platforms and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role is best suited for someone who has exclusively worked on IT/Technical hiring and is passionate about identifying and engaging top technology talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions across various technologies.
  • Source candidates through multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess communication, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS databases.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality profiles within defined timelines.
  • Stay updated on current technology trends and the IT talent market.
Required Skills
  • 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates from multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement abilities.
  • Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and recruitment tools/ATS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies or corporate IT hiring teams is preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Eligibility
  • Experience: 6 Months – 1.5 Years in IT Recruitment.
  • Must have worked exclusively on technical hiring.
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
