You will own the full hiring lifecycle for technical roles across product, data, cloud, and AI — working closely with hiring managers, business heads, and candidates to close the right hires at the right time.
What You Will Work On
Technical Talent Acquisition
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior technical roles — software engineers, data engineers, cloud architects, ML/AI specialists, and more
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, team context, and success profiles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and referral networks
- Screen and assess candidates for technical aptitude, cultural fit, and communication skills before presenting to teams
- Build a strong pipeline of passive candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage — from first message to offer acceptance
- Coordinate technical interview rounds, assessments, and feedback loops efficiently
- Manage offer negotiations and closing conversations with a consultative, candidate-first approach
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS
- Collaborate with HR Ops on onboarding handoffs and pre-joining engagement to reduce backouts
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, setting realistic expectations on timelines, market availability, and compensation benchmarks
- Share market intelligence — salary trends, competitor hiring, talent availability — to inform workforce planning
- 4–6 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within an IT services company
- Demonstrated ability to hire for engineering roles across the stack — Java, Python, React, AWS, GCP, Azure, ML, and similar
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and modern ATS platforms
- Strong understanding of technology concepts sufficient to evaluate technical profiles and hold credible conversations with engineers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
