What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Sourcing: Find, engage, and hire top-tier software engineers (Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, DevOps) and product talent for our startup partners.
• Startup Alignment: Understand the unique, fast-paced tech stacks and hiring needs of early to growth-stage product startups.
• Candidate Experience: Own the relationship with candidates from the first hello to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
• Marketplace Matching: Collaborate with our account managers to quickly match vetted developers with active startup mandates.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–3 Years of Experience: Solid track record in technical recruitment, specifically sourcing for product-based companies or startups.
• Tech-Savvy: You know the difference between Java and JavaScript, understand modern tech stacks, and can talk confidently with developers.
• Hustle Mentality: Comfortable with ambiguity, quick turnaround times, and shifting priorities common in the startup world.
• Tools of the Trade: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and alternative sourcing channels (GitHub, StackOverflow, tech communities).
• Great Communicator: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to pitch Recro and our partner startups effectively.
