Experience: 6 Months – 3+ Years

Location: Indore

Work Mode: Onsite | Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen IT candidates for technical roles
• Work on W2, C2C, and Full-time requirements
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Work closely with account managers and clients on requirements
• Maintain candidate pipeline and submission tracking

Required Skills:

• Experience in US IT Recruitment
• Good understanding of technical skills/technologies
• Strong sourcing & screening skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in night shifts

Preferred:

• Experience with ATS/tools
• Knowledge of tax terms & visa types
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
