Hiring: Technical IT Recruiter (2+ Years Experience)

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Initially Remote (WFH)

Experience: 2+ Years

We are looking for a Technical IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end IT hiring and strong expertise in LinkedIn-based sourcing.

Requirements

2+ years of IT recruitment experience
Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong understanding of technology roles and skill sets
Experience hiring Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, and other IT professionals
Excellent communication, screening, and stakeholder management skills

Please Note

This role requires strong LinkedIn sourcing expertise. Candidates with experience limited to job boards/portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) without hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator sourcing experience may not be a fit.
