We're hiring a results-driven Lead Gen Specialist to drive outbound growth across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling for our US/Canada client base.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and build lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools
• Run multi-channel outreach — LinkedIn, cold email, cold calls
• Manage follow-up sequences and outreach cadences
• Track outreach metrics and hand off qualified leads

Who You Are

• 1–3 years in lead gen, outbound sales, or BD (multi-channel experience preferred)
• Hands-on with Sales Navigator, email tools (Apollo/Lemlist/similar), and cold calling
• Confident phone/verbal communication + strong written English
• Comfortable with US-aligned night shifts

Direct founder exposure, ownership of a key growth channel, fast-paced environment.
