About Better Ledger Inc.

Better Ledger Inc. provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and QuickBooks/Xero support to small businesses and CPA firms across the United States and Canada. We're looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Marketing Specialist who can help us generate qualified leads and build our brand in the North American market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns targeting US & Canadian businesses.
• Identify and engage decision-makers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach strategies.
• Create compelling LinkedIn content that positions Better Ledger as a trusted accounting partner.
• Manage the complete outreach funnel—from prospecting and connection requests to follow-ups and booking discovery calls.
• Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, analytics, and reporting.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, B2B lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads through LinkedIn.
• Excellent written English with an understanding of US/Canadian business communication.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US/Canada business hours.

Bonus Points

• Experience marketing accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, or other professional services.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of the accounting industry or CPA ecosystem.
