Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and versatile Marketing Executive to independently manage and support our end-to-end marketing initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving lead generation, automating outreach campaigns, managing our brand’s social presence, and creating compelling content.
The ideal candidate is a blend of a data-driven growth marketer and a creative content creator, comfortable working with modern AI tools, automation platforms, and outbound sales tools to maximize marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Outbound Strategy
- Prospecting: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sourcing platforms to identify, segment, and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Database Management: Build, clean, and maintain high-quality lead databases, ensuring data accuracy and proper segmentation.
- Nurturing & Follow-ups: Design and execute structured follow-up sequences to engage cold or warm prospects and drive pipeline velocity.
2. Marketing Automation & Email Campaigns
- Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns using automation tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Newsletters: Own the creation, curation, and distribution of regular company newsletters to engage our subscriber base.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics (Open Rates, CTRs, Conversions, ROI) to continuously optimize performance.
3. Content Creation & Digital Assets
- Copywriting: Draft compelling copy for emails, landing pages, social media, and marketing collateral.
- Visual Design: Utilize basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.) to create eye-catching visual assets for campaigns and social channels.
- Web Optimization: Create, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages to support specific marketing initiatives.
- AI Leverage: Proficiently integrate advanced AI tools into your daily workflow to accelerate content creation and maximize personal productivity.
4. Brand & Social Media Management
- Social Strategy: Manage and schedule content across all corporate social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social channels and interact with audiences to foster brand community and capture inbound inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing operations role.
- CRM/Automation: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Sourcing: LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Design: Canva, Adobe Express, or similar layout tools.
- AI: Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI prompting for text, research, and productivity.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data/reports into actionable marketing strategies.
- Flawless attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over projects.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple marketing channels independently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
