Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer – WordPress & Multimedia

Location: Hyderabad - Work from Office

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer – WordPress & Multimedia to power high-impact creative execution across our marketing function. This role is ideal for a highly creative, fast-paced designer with 6+ years of experience in building compelling brand and campaign assets across digital, web, video, and presentation formats. You should have a strong command of design fundamentals, a sharp eye for visual storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into polished deliverables quickly—without compromising brand consistency. We’re also looking for someone who can intelligently leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve speed, ideation, and quality, while maintaining originality and reducing dependency on stock photos wherever possible. Hands-on WordPress capability is essential, as you’ll be expected to build landing pages and blog pages with minimal guidance. Strong video editing skills are non-negotiable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

    • UI/UX Design & Creative Execution
  • Design visually compelling and user-friendly assets for digital and offline marketing needs
  • Create marketing materials including posters, banners, brochures, flyers, one-pagers, ad creatives, YouTube thumbnails, presentations/PPTs, email templates, landing pages, and wireframes
  • Translate campaign goals and business requirements into high-impact creative outputs
  • Apply strong design fundamentals including layout, typography, color, hierarchy, spacing, and consistency
  • Use AI-powered design and creative tools wherever appropriate to accelerate ideation and production, while prioritizing original visual creation and minimizing reliance on stock photography wherever possible
    • Branding & Visual Consistency
  • Ensure all designs strictly align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across channels
  • Understand the importance of brand systems and apply them effectively in every deliverable
  • Balance creativity with brand compliance without compromising speed or quality
    • WordPress & Landing Page Development
  • Build and publish landing pages and blog pages in WordPress with minimal guidance
  • Work comfortably within WordPress themes, page builders, and content structures
  • Ensure pages are visually polished, responsive, and aligned with UX best practices
  • Support quick updates and changes to website pages as marketing needs evolve
    • Video Editing & Multimedia Design
  • Create and edit engaging videos for marketing campaigns, social media, brand communication, and promotional content
  • Produce motion-based assets and video creatives using appropriate editing and animation tools
  • Design supporting visuals such as thumbnails, overlays, intros, and presentation media
    • Ownership, Speed & Cross-Functional Execution
  • Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to convert campaign briefs into high-quality creative outputs without missing creativity, quality, or brand standards
  • Deliver fast, high-quality work without compromising creativity, attention to detail, or brand integrity

Must-Have Skills

Key Skills & Qualifications

    • 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or visual design for marketing functions
    • Strong understanding of design elements and principles such as typography, layout, color theory, spacing, hierarchy, composition, and usability
    • Proven experience designing posters, banners, brochures, flyers, one-pagers, ad creatives, YouTube thumbnails, presentations/PPTs, email templates, landing pages, and wireframes
    • Hands-on knowledge of WordPress and ability to independently build landing pages and blogs with minimal guidance
    • Strong video editing skills are mandatory
    • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, and other relevant design and video editing tools
    • Practical experience using AI tools to support design, content ideation, image enhancement, and creative workflows while maintaining brand quality and originality
    • Ability to create high-quality work at speed while maintaining creativity and brand consistency
    • Clear understanding of branding, brand guidelines, and their importance in marketing communication
Good-to-Have Skills

    • Understanding of conversion-focused landing page design and campaign creatives
    • Basic knowledge of responsive design, web content structuring, UX best practices, and familiarity with Figma for wireframing/prototyping
    • Familiarity with presentation storytelling and corporate branding materials
    • Ability to support website updates, blog formatting, and campaign asset adaptation across channels
