We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand identity and enhance user engagement. The ideal candidate should possess a strong eye for aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail, with the ability to create impactful visual content across digital and print platforms. Brand And Marketing Design

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

  • Design social media creatives, carousels, infographics, banners, advertisements, blog graphics, and email marketing assets.
  • Develop visually compelling campaigns to promote TruScholar products, events, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency of TruScholar's brand identity across all communication channels.

Video Content And Motion Graphics

  • Create and edit short-form videos, reels, product explainers, event highlights, and promotional content.
  • Develop motion graphics, animated content, and visual storytelling assets to improve engagement and communication effectiveness.
  • Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized visual content for social media and digital marketing.

Sales And Corporate Communication Support

  • Design sales presentations, product brochures, case studies, one-pagers, proposal documents, and investor communication materials.
  • Convert complex product concepts into easy-to-understand visual narratives and graphics.
  • Support business development, customer success, and leadership teams with professional communication assets.

Event And Community Branding

  • Design event collateral, including standees, banners, backdrops, certificates, merchandise, exhibition booths, and conference materials.
  • Support branding initiatives for campus ambassador programs, webinars, university outreach activities, and partner events.

AI-Enabled Creative Production

  • Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content production, ideation, image generation, video creation, and design workflows.
  • Continuously explore emerging design technologies and recommend innovative approaches for visual communication.
  • Maintain a repository of reusable design templates, brand assets, and creative resources.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Design or a similar creative role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or other modern design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, social media creatives, and video editing projects.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and video editing techniques.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Creative And Design Skills

  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, colour theory, layout design, branding, and storytelling.
  • Ability to convert ideas, concepts, and business requirements into impactful visual communication.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing creatives, presentation design, and video content creation.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva Pro.
  • Preferred: Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW.
  • Video and Motion Graphics Skills: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut or equivalent video editing tools, Motion graphics and animation fundamentals.
  • AI Design Tools (Highly Preferred): ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Ideogram, Canva AI, Runway, Kling or equivalent AI video generation tools.

Content And Communication Skills

  • Strong visual storytelling and content interpretation abilities.
  • Ability to work closely with marketing, sales, leadership, and product teams.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
