Graphic & Visual Designer
Role Overview

The Graphic & Visual Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that reflects the brand's identity across digital platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of design, storytelling, motion, and contemporary social media trends, while maintaining consistency in the brand's visual language.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Design


Create visual assets for the brand's social media channels, including:

  • Static posts
  • Carousels
  • Reels
  • Motion graphics
  • Instagram Stories
  • Text overlay animations
  • Creative edits using existing campaign photography and video footage


Design content that is engaging, platform-specific, and aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.


Translate creative briefs and marketing objectives into high-quality visual assets across digital platforms.


Repurpose and enhance campaign photography and video content into platform-specific creatives, ensuring maximum utilisation of existing assets.


Brand Visual Language

Work closely with the Founder and Marketing Lead to ensure all creative output is consistent with the brand's identity and evolving visual language.

Maintain consistency across typography, colour palettes, layouts, graphic treatments, and overall design aesthetics across all customer touchpoints.

Content Strategy & Creative Collaboration

Assist the Founder and Marketing Lead in shaping the brand's content strategy by contributing creative ideas, visual concepts, and content formats that enhance storytelling, engagement, and overall brand communication.

LinkedIn & Brand Communications

Design visual assets for LinkedIn and other professional communication channels that support founder-led storytelling, brand insights, company updates, thought leadership, and employer branding.

Administrative & Cross-functional Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing, content, and leadership teams to understand campaign objectives, interpret briefs, and deliver creatives within agreed timelines.


Participate in content planning discussions and proactively contribute ideas that strengthen the brand's creative direction.


As a member of the team, the Graphic & Visual Designer is expected to actively contribute to cross-functional coordination and ensure seamless collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.


The role will involve coordinating closely with the PR and Digital Marketing teams to maintain a consistent visual language across all brand communications and campaigns. The designer will also liaise with external agencies, production partners, photographers, content creators, and other collaborators, as required, to ensure timely and cohesive execution of creative initiatives.

Additionally, the Graphic & Visual Designer will be expected to represent the brand at relevant industry events, media engagements, photoshoots, launches, exhibitions, and other external activations, supporting the brand's creative presence and ensuring alignment with its visual identity and positioning.

Design Excellence

Stay updated on emerging design trends, social media best practices, motion design techniques, and digital content formats to continually elevate the quality of the brand's creative output.

Skills & Experience
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent design software).
  • Understanding of motion graphics and social-first content creation.
  • Ability to work with photography and video assets to create engaging digital content.
  • Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in fashion is a must.


Working Style

The Graphic & Visual Designer will work closely with the Founder and Marketing Lead as an integral part of the in-house marketing function, contributing not only to creative execution but also to the ongoing evolution of the brand's visual identity and content strategy. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, highly organised, and comfortable balancing creative excellence with business objectives in a fast-paced, growing fashion brand.
