About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, creative, and tech-savvy Social Media Manager who lives and breathes digital culture. This is not a traditional social media role; we need someone who combines deep platform expertise with hands-on AI fluency to build, grow, and optimize our brand presence across all major channels.

You will own our end-to-end social strategy, produce high-impact content, analyze performance data, and deploy AI tools to stay ahead of trends and scale output without sacrificing quality.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy aligned with brand goals and audience insights
  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (copy, graphics, Reels, carousels, stories) consistently across all platforms
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, maintain brand voice at scale, and test creative variations
  • Monitor, engage, and grow our communities, respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in real-time
  • Track and report on KPIs: reach, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate, conversions, and ROI
  • Identify trending topics, formats, and platform features and adapt strategy accordingly 
  • Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align social with broader campaigns
  • Manage influencer and creator partnerships from identification to deliverables and performance review
  • Run paid social campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to continuously refine strategy
  • Own the content calendar and maintain a consistent publishing cadence without gaps


Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or as an independent creator with demonstrated growth results
  • Proven expertise across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, not just awareness, but deep working knowledge
  • Active daily use of AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write natively for each platform's tone and format
  • Proficiency in short-form video creation.
  • Data-driven mindset. Comfortable pulling insights from native analytics and translating them into strategy
  • Understanding of SEO principles.
  • Experience with social media management tools.


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience running paid social campaigns with measurable ROAS
  • Background in graphic design (Canva Pro, Adobe Express, Figma)
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing, UGC strategy, or social commerce
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and email marketing platforms
