Role Description The Team Lead – Edtech Sales will oversee a sales team focused on guiding prospective students through the decision-making and enrollment process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing daily team operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring targets are met. The role includes designing and implementing sales strategies, conducting regular team coaching, and supporting mentors in handling inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions. The Team Lead will collaborate with counseling, marketing, and operations teams to improve lead quality, refine sales pitches, and enhance the overall student experience. This position also involves reporting on key metrics, maintaining accurate documentation in CRM tools, and contributing feedback to strengthen LearningShala’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with experience in handling target-driven environments and student-facing interactions.
- Proven Team Management and leadership abilities, including coaching, motivating, and performance monitoring for a sales or counseling team.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex education options clearly and persuasively.
- Robust Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, tracking conversion funnels, and recommending improvements based on insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Prior experience in edtech, higher education counseling, or inside sales is highly preferred.
- Comfort with CRM software, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, with a proactive, organized, and student-centric approach to problem-solving.
