Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the different teams to identify recruitment needs & close the open positions by hiring relevant fit as per defined TAT
  • Co-ordination with the relevant stakeholders for understanding the requirement fully well and utilize all possible hiring sources for timely closures
  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle from requisition creation to closure.
  • Sourcing and shortlisting profiles through Job Portals
  • Build and strengthen the market research, pipeline-building activities, proactive engagement process with active and passive candidate pool.
  • Work closely with Regional HR, to drive process & developing a robust TA Process to create a better stakeholder & candidate experience.
  • Focusing on the Quality of Hire across and ensuring all employees are being hired as per the requirement and laid benchmark.
  • Independently own and deliver on sourcing strategy including search, candidate engagement, etc.


Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduate/Post graduate in HR
  • Hands on experience in job portals - Naukri, LinkedIn etc
  • Understanding of different sourcing channels and strategies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 3-7 years of experience would be preferred
  • Self-starter, able to handle hiring pressure
