Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Support HR operations including payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance.
• Assist in designing and implementing HR policies, performance reviews, and appraisal systems.
• Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives to nurture workplace culture.
• Handle queries related to HR, benefits, and company policies.
• Partner with leadership in building a talent pipeline for future growth.
• Requirements 3–7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations).
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance (India or UAE).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail oriented.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
