As our HR Generalist, you'll manage the complete employee lifecycle and play a key role in building a high-performance, people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
👥 Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments
- Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent
- Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and hiring processes
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
🤝 Employee Onboarding & Experience
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for every new joiner
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
- Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee journey
- Conduct regular check-ins and employee feedback sessions
📋 HR Operations
- Manage employee documentation, HRIS, and personnel records
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HR compliance
- Support policy implementation and process improvements
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date
💰 Payroll & Employee Management
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely processing
- Manage employee benefits and statutory compliance
- Address employee queries related to payroll, policies, and HR processes
📈 Performance & People Development
- Support performance review cycles and appraisal processes
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Work closely with leadership on employee retention and growth initiatives
- 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience
- D2C / Consumer Brand / Product Company experience is mandatory
- Experience managing the complete employee lifecycle
- Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong ownership and execution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
