- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in recruitment (End-to-end recruitment experience preferred).
- Your Role:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various departments.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, and social media to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand team requirements and deliver timely closures.
- Manage the candidate experience from the first call to onboarding.
2. HR Intern – Talent Acquisition
- Experience: Freshers / Fresh Graduates / Post-graduates eager to start their HR career.
- Your Role:
- Assist the TA team in sourcing resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct rigorous telephonic and preliminary screenings to evaluate candidates on core competencies, technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate technical, managerial, and final leadership rounds of interviews, ensuring seamless communication between hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and trackers.
