Domestic Recruiter in Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Domestic Recruiter with experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment to manage the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
