Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Domestic Recruiter with experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment to manage the end-to-end hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–4 years of experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
