Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Talent Acquisition professional who has a strong passion for identifying and attracting the right talent. The ideal candidate should be curious, driven, and capable of spotting potential beyond just resumes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through various sourcing channels
• Proactively hunt for talent using job portals, social media, networking, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress

Key Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a go-getter attitude
• Ability to identify potential and cultural fit beyond technical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools
