Role Description

We are seeking a Part-Time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our Gurugram office. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles. The selected individual will collaborate with hiring managers to develop impactful employer branding strategies, conduct interviews, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role also entails contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices and the company’s talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Experience in conducting Interviews and assessing candidates effectively
• Strong skills in Hiring and Employer Branding
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in an on-site environment and manage multiple priorities
• Prior experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
