Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Bangalore. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring professionals for roles within the oil and gas industry. Daily tasks include creating job descriptions, posting job openings, screening applicants, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies. The role demands regular reporting and compliance with internal hiring standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the oil and gas industry or technical recruitment is highly preferred
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is beneficial

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule interviews with clients / hiring managers
• Coordinate and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate database and trackers
• Handle offer rollout and joining follow-ups

Required Skills:

• Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Engineering recruitment
• Good knowledge of technical roles
• Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
