Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Eranad for a Store and Purchase Assistant. The primary responsibilities include managing purchasing processes, preparing and reviewing purchase orders, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers. The role also involves regular communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient purchasing operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Procurement
• Experience in preparing and managing Purchase Orders
• Strong Communication skills for effective coordination and negotiation
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain operations
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is an added advantage
