Architect – Design & Project Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect – Design & Project Lead who can manage projects from concept design through execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling design development, preparing technical drawings, and coordinating with site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop concept designs, space planning, and presentation drawings
• Prepare working drawings (GFC) and detailed drawings
• Participate in material selection and design development
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and consultants
• Ensure that design intent is accurately executed on-site
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain quality standards and attention to detail throughout project phases

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong capabilities in both design and technical drawings
• Good understanding of materials and construction methods
• Ability to manage timelines and handle multiple projects
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• AutoCAD, SketchUp and additional design software is added advantage.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution
• Experience handling projects from concept to site execution preferred
