Human Resource Intern (Remote)
Location: Remote (India)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Human Resource Intern to support our Human Resources operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR coordination, documentation, and employee engagement within the real estate industry. The role is ideal for candidates who are organized, people-oriented, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee and intern records and databases
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Coordinate interviews and support onboarding processes
Post and manage job openings on hiring platforms
Track attendance, performance, and engagement activities
Prepare HR reports and assist with documentation
Respond to employee and intern queries and support daily HR operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycles
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information
Familiarity with HR tools or applicant tracking systems is an advantage
Eligibility Criteria
Available for a remote internship
Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or Management are encouraged to apply
