Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AM – Audit to join our Audit & Assurance team. This role involves leading audit assignments, preparing and reviewing financial reports, performing GST reconciliations, and delivering insightful MIS reports to clients and management. The position requires strong technical expertise, client interaction, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables
• Conduct statutory, financial, and compliance audits in line with applicable laws, standards, and internal methodologies
• Review audit working papers, financial statements, and reports for accuracy and statutory compliance
• Prepare and analyze GST reconciliation statements, including GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C
• Perform financial, costing, and ratio analysis; identify variances and key insights
• Prepare and present periodic MIS reports to clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, resolve queries, and maintain strong professional relationships
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, auditing practices, GST regulations, and industry developments
• Assist in improving internal audit tools, templates, and documentation processes
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members

Qualifications & Skills

• Mandatory Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience

• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in Audit & Assurance, preferably in a CA firm
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience in GST reconciliation and GSTR-9C
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit tools/software
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
