Job Overview

Silent Infotech is looking for a skilled and reliable Content Writer (Freelancer) to support our growing digital presence across websites, blogs, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.

The primary objective of this role is to create high-quality, SEO-optimized, and conversion-focused content that supports our services in ERP, SaaS, AI, mobile apps, and enterprise software solutions—while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

We’re looking for a long-term content partner - not just a one-time writer - who understands business storytelling, search intent, and content performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Understand content requirements based on marketing and business goals
• Create content outlines aligned with SEO and buyer intent
• Suggest content ideas for blogs, landing pages, case studies, and campaigns
• Adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms

2. Content Creation (Core Focus)

• Write high-quality content including:
• Blog posts (technical, marketing, and industry-focused)
• Website pages & service pages
• Landing page copy for campaigns
• App descriptions and product content
• Social media captions and ad copy (basic level)

3. SEO-Focused Writing

• Write SEO-optimized content using target keywords naturally
• Optimize headings, meta descriptions, internal links, and readability
• Follow SEO best practices without keyword stuffing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve organic performance

4. Editing & Quality Control

• Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and flow
• Ensure originality and plagiarism-free content
• Maintain consistent tone, style, and brand voice
• Incorporate feedback quickly and efficiently

5. Research & Industry Understanding

• Research industry trends, competitors, and user pain points
• Write authoritative content for ERP, SaaS, AI, mobile apps, and IT services
• Translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand content

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Content Writer / SEO Content Writer
• Strong command of English (grammar, structure, storytelling)
• Experience writing for IT, SaaS, ERP, or tech companies (preferred)
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimization
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, or SEO tools is a plus
