About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. US IT / Engineering Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source candidates through various channels, including Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, social media and other job boards.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications.
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (JobDiva)
