Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with at least 5 years of recent hands-on experience recruiting for the Singapore market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of hiring high-quality technology professionals, particularly for senior and niche technical roles, while independently managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

This is a target-driven role that requires someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and consistently delivers quality hires within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for technical positions across various technologies and domains
  • Recruit for senior and niche technology roles, particularly within Banking and Financial Services
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through multiple sourcing channels
  • Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely feedback, negotiate offers, and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements and provide recruitment market insights
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Maintain recruitment data and reports with high accuracy
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality and speed of delivery
  • Experience recruiting for Banking, Financial Services, or Consulting organizations
  • Strong network within the Singapore technology talent market
  • Experience working in a KPI-driven or target-based recruitment environment
