Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Senior Sales Manager at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa. The role involves designing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying potential business opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, pricing strategies, and sales data to ensure the property's competitive positioning and successful revenue generation. Additionally, the Senior Sales Manager will lead and mentor a team to drive sales performance and maintain the high standards of the JW Marriott brand.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in sales strategy development, sales forecasting, and achieving revenue targets in a hospitality or luxury resort setting.
  • Strong client management and networking skills to foster meaningful business relationships and secure high-value contracts.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies to support business growth.
  • Leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and motivation to ensure sales team performance and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or upscale venue sales is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
