Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kochi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and managing existing accounts. The role will require collaboration with internal teams to meet business goals, effectively communicate value propositions, and strategize for sustained growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate software products effectively to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and close deals in line with client requirements and company policies.
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Stay informed about regulatory compliance and industry standards related to asset management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover after deal closure and to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in business development or sales.
- Candidates with experience in ERP, CRM, or similar software solutions will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of software products and solution selling.
- Familiarity with physical asset management concepts is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
