Job Title: Sales & Support Executive

Location: Ahmedabad (Full-time, Onsite)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: Graduate (Commerce preferred)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role also involves assisting customers with product onboarding, usage guidance, and follow-ups to ensure they get maximum value from the software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and provide product support via calls, emails, or remote access
  • Assist customers with onboarding, product implementation, and basic training
  • Ensure smooth product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure proper issue closure and product understanding
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the internal technical team
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
  • Stay updated with product features and enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (B.Com preferred)
  • BBA or equivalent streams may also apply
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support or software support (Freshers can apply)
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts is an added advantage
  • Exposure to Tally or accounting software will be a plus (training will be provided)

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good customer handling ability
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
