Job Title: Social Media Intern

Location: Chakala, Andheri East Mumbai

Internship Period: 3 Months Internship (Potential Full-Time Opportunity)

Role Overview

We are hiring freshers eager to kickstart their careers in social media and client servicing. As a Social Media Account Manager Intern, you will manage client accounts, coordinate content and campaigns across social platforms, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Strong performers will be considered for a full-time role at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned social media clients.
Coordinate with creative, copy, and performance teams to execute content calendars and campaigns.
Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Track and report on social media KPIs — reach, engagement, follower growth, and paid performance.
Monitor platform trends, viral formats, and competitor activity to inform client strategies.
Maintain project timelines, trackers, and performance reports.
Identify opportunities for account growth through new formats, platforms, or content approaches.

Qualifications & Skills

Recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field — freshers welcome.
Genuine interest in social media — you follow platform updates and understand what makes content work.
Familiarity with Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with data — reading analytics dashboards and building basic reports.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Canva is a plus, not a requirement.
Prior internship or project work in social media or digital marketing is an added advantage.
