Yaglob is a growing company focused on delivering high-value solutions to its customers. We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to help expand our customer base and strengthen client relationships.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Present and demonstrate Yaglob’s products/services to customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion and customer experience
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in [industry – SaaS / logistics / e-commerce / B2B / B2C, etc.]
  • Existing network of clients or leads in relevant markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
